Fasting is hard and you need some encouragement sometimes. Thankfully, hundreds of us are linking arms and doing this fast together. You will find yourself weary during these 21 days and you may need someone to lean on. Exodus 17:12 Moses hands grew tired and so Aaron and Hur held up his hands to that the army could win the battle. Who can you reach out to during this fast for encouragement? You may need some help during this fast to stick with it and fight off temptation. Also, let’s be an encouragement to others during this fast.
