Pastor Jacob Ouellette

Jacob Ouellette is the founding and lead pastor of Thrive Church. He graduated from Oral Roberts University with a degree in ministry. He youth pastored for a decade at Cornerstone Church in Highland, MI. While in student ministry, he reached up to 600 teenagers weekly and trained youth pastors around the country. As he began to pray about the future, he dreamed of being in a big city and impacting even more people. That city was Denver.

Since launching Thrive Church, God has grown the community into a strong church with a bold and aggressive vision. Jacob has authored three books with the mandate to be a river of joy to the city of Denver. His heart is to see people reach their full potential. Jacob lives in Parker and has three children.

David Pepper

In 1976, David Pepper’s parents moved to Alaska after ministering in Peru for many years. The Peruvian leaders they discipled began to lead the organization in Peru know as MEPI.

The organization has planted more than 250 churches in Peru and also trained leaders from Ecuador, Colombia and Brazil. There are Bible Academies in both Iquitos and Contamana.  Mobile Schools are held in 4 outlying regions to train leaders and equip new pastors. 

In 2014, David Pepper replaced his father as the President of Amazon Outreach. Amazon Outreach is a non profit organization in the U.S.A that continues to give oversight to MEPI, organize missions teams and raise resources for projects, the academies, evangelists and outreaches.

David and his wife currently live in Alaska and oversee Amazon Outreach.
