Welcome to 21 days of prayer and fasting devotional. Our theme is Treasure Hunters.

Mt.13:44

Intro.

2 Interpretations for this parable.

a. Jesus is the treasure hunter and we are the treasure.

b. Jesus is the treasure and we are the treasure hunters.

1. This is the interpretation I will use.

B. When I was born again at the age of 16yrs. old a passion was ignited in me to pursue Him, my Treasure.

C. Is He a treasure to you?

a. Is He becoming more and more priceless?

b. Have you put him on a shelf to only admire how precious and priceless He is?

c. Have you put Him in a safe stagnant place simply to revisit from time to time and admire?

d. Are you only admiring and no longer pursuing?

D. What price are you willing to pay now?

a. The Spirit of God challenges us.

3. More maturity

b. Are you willing?

c. Are you drawing back?

d. Are you living in the past?

E. Holy Spirit will open the eyes of your understanding (Eph.1:18).

a. Open your eyes to see how much more priceless He is and make you willing to know Him more!

b. Give you new revelation!

Prayer:

Lord I pray You will deal with your people if they have drawn back and have become stagnant. I pray they will begin to pursue You as their greatest treasure and be willing to pay the price! In Jesus Name!!!
