That's not easy to answer. If I had to pick one, I'd say the worship, since worship is my #1 pathway to God. However, the worship alone wouldn't be enough without good, solid teaching from the Word and the freedom to operate in the gifts of the Spirit.

I can't imagine raising my children in any other church. The opportunities that have been granted to them at Cornerstone are immeasurable.

Beyond anything else, though, is my deep-seated conviction that Cornerstone is exactly where the Lord wants me. My wife and I sought His will for a long time before making the switch from our former church, and I truly believe this is where we are called to be.

I agree with Micah that it is very hard to select just one. The fact that Cornerstone has so many great areas of ministry, and that each department works so hard to be the best they can, makes this an awesome church. I really enjoy worship, and have joined that team as a result. I think Momentum, though fairly new, has the potential to become an amazing tool to reaching that very vulnerable age group and keeping them seated in the Lord. I also think that Ignited is extremely powerful, and I have firsthand experience what a ministry like that can do as I first came to Christ in a similar setting. All in all, Cornerstone is a church where God is moving and working.

Pastor, I am so glad you asked! I love the way the word of God is preached and taught......nothing and nowhere else compares with the way God's word is ministered at Cornerstone. I love prayer; passionate Heaven reaching prayer.....the way it is modeled by every pastor, elder, deacon and leader in our church. They demonstrate a heart for prayer and it is my desire to pray like that. And of course I love worship at our church. 'Nuff said.

I agree with those who have stated that it is difficult to say just one because there are so many things that make Cornerstone a great place. However, here is how I would personally rank the 10 items.

1. The worship - Is definately my number one pathway to God. I love being in His
presence and I love worshiping Him with His people
2. The teaching/preaching - Is practicle and helps me walk with God everyday
3. The prayer - Is dynamic and sincere
4. The friendships/fellowship - My best friends are here
5. A Christmas Tale - Since I have such a great part in it and I feel it's one of
our most effective outreaches
6. Our Spring Convention - Is such a great time each year
7. The special music - Again I have a great part in it and I feel it adds to the
whole service
8. The ministry for youth - Reaches so many young people and is so well done
9. The ministry for children - Is also amazing and helps reach the whole family.
My children have both grown up here and I feel their knowledge of God and walk
with Him are a result of the great childrens and youth ministry here.
10. The ministry to young adults - Is an up and coming ministry that has an great
potential.

Overall I'd have to say: Cornerstone, what's not to love?

It is so hard to pick one, but I feel that it would be the ministry for youth and children. Ian and I started coming to Cornerstone last summer after our eldest was invited to ignited. We were attending another church in Brighton at the time which we loved, but our 4 children were not growing in God. (Our 5 and 6 year old would not go into childcare and our 12 and 14 year old did not have a service to go to so came in with us. The day that we arrived at Cornerstone, we put our two little ones in childcare and Hannah went into 'Kids on the rock'. They love it and so do we!

God had a plan for us and I truly believe he led us to Cornerstone through ignited. We love it so much and are all growing in God more than ever before. The teaching and preaching is amazing and we feel God's presence so much that I can't even put in into words to descibe the feeling!

I gave my heart to Christ 18 months ago at Cornerstone, and I think at that time God touched me thru the worship music. Since then my family and I have been blessed with much spiritual growth. I could spend hours sitting here staring at the list and just re-visiting all of the many blessings that have touched us as a family at Cornerstone. Every Sunday I leave Church thinking that this was one of the best sermons ever, and then the next week it happens again, and then again and again... Pastor, I remember one day you where preaching about being more than an ordinary Christian and you said "I don't want to be just and ordinary Pastor". That moment is etched in my mind and I thank God that you and you're family are so extraordinary in His word and work, and that God chose us to come to Cornerstone Church.

When in worship I just melt in God's presence, singing with the family & the angels to God is tops!! I look around & as we all sing together I can almost see God smiling & can most certainly feel His presence. Weather worshiping in my home or car, in Life Group or church, it's loving God back in a way, honoring & spot-lighting Him with a concert of one or many! Singing the Word of God imbeds into my heart His heart. God has truly blessed Cornerstone with a seriously devoted & talented worship team! Thank you all!!
